Jill, the store manager is phenomenal! I had two old charsm that she cleaned ans shined up for me. I have had her wait on me several times and her customer service is impeccable!!! I was only disappointed because l just got the promo of spend 100 and get a free bracelet during the end of April for Mother's Day and it broke and it is not on my sale history; therefore they can't replace it. I also had a gold ring that the stone fell out of at the beginning of the month and since it was bought back in 2021, there is nothing they can do about it. I spend a lot of money at pandora and like that it upholds my busy, hard lifestyle, so l was sad to see there is nothing l can do but buy new ones to replace the old.
The staff was very friendly and willing to help. They answered all of my questions with an abundance of knowledge on the products. I did not wait, they immediately came over to assist me
A bracelet that I had purchased from Pandora was discolored from a cleaning at another Pandora store and the bracelet was damaged (Cracked inside, under the heart and 2 jewelers fell out).I asked the salesperson to send it back for a repair . She said my receipt was not found under my account in the computer and also that you do not repair or replace items without a receipt. She suggested I call Pandora customer service to discuss the repair. Dept. I then purchased an exact new one for $145.19 that was on clearance at the store, I would appreciated a refund for the new bracelet . I can return the damaged one to you . Please send me a return envelope, I had purchased this at the original full price. My cell number is 412-403-6454 if you would like to. Contact me.. Thank you in advance for your help. I can not believe that this is not the first time my account with your system did not register my purchase.
Store associate took time to show us multiple items and tell us about each piece
A good bit of items available and at good prices, but not as much as I would have liked. I also do not like that you have to have the items cleaned, as for the price you are paying, I do not think that they should ever tarnish, but they do.
