As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by a sales associate and was tended to. I didn’t have to wait at all. She answered all of my questions and let me try on the bracelet and charms.

I already had a pandora bracelet but came in hoping to find more charms. I was able to find a matching charm for both me and my mother aswell as another clip charm. loved the service and merchandise choices

get every charm i was looking for the customer service was very personalized i purchased my first bracelet and a couple of charms plan on going again soon

I had an excellent experience. Rhonda took care of me. I told her what I needed and her suggestions were perfect. Great service, she was easy to talk to and knew exactly what I needed. I can’t wait to give the gift to my girlfriend.

The sales associate was super friendly and really easy to talk to. She showed me the charm I was looking for and mentioned another one but didn’t pressure me to buy it which most people who work in places like these usually do, so I was very grateful for that. I ended up getting the 2nd charm since I really liked it and went perfect with the first one I was buying, she was really nice and made the shopping experience comfortable for me!

I was highly satisfied because I went in thinking that I was not going to make a purchase but Rhonda showed me many options and I instantly fell in love with many options. Rhonda then showed me her band she had on with little hearts and diamonds on top and I just had to have that one. It was my first time going into Pandora and it was an amazing experience!
